The Al-Andalusia Islamic University of Spain was born with the vocation of offering a comprehensive education that combines academic excellence with the values and principles of the Islamic tradition. Higher Institute of Islamic Sciences of Spain Al-Andalusia

    It provides a solid foundation in the fundamental areas of Islam (belief, jurisprudence, ethics and devotional practice), aimed at those who want a comprehensive approach to Islamic principles and values.

Faculty of Theology and Islamic Sciences

  1. Diploma for Teachers of Islamic Education and Religion (DERI)
    Program oriented to teacher training in the area of Islamic religion and culture, with emphasis on teaching methodology and didactics applied to school and community contexts.

  1. Diploma of Iyázah in Qur'anic Recitation
    It certifies mastery in the recitation of the Qur'an according to the traditional rules (al-Taywíd), endorsing both phonetic accuracy and mastery of the rules of intonation and pronunciation.
  2. Al-Qurtubia Teacher's Diploma
    It trains for the teaching of specialized methods in memorization and Quranic recitation, as well as in the disciplined transmission of the oral tradition linked to the Quran.
