Seville, November 15, 2025 - The Islamic University of Spain Al-Andalusia celebrated this Saturday a historic day on the occasion of the graduation ceremony of a new class of students, a meeting that brought together students, families, teachers and members of the community in an atmosphere of joy, recognition and deep gratitude to Allah.

The ceremony, presided over by the Rector, Sh. Mohammad Idrissi AlcarazHe stressed the importance of knowledge as a guiding light for the believer and as an essential tool for community service. In his speech, the Rector stressed that Islamic education in Spanish continues to consolidate as an essential pillar to strengthen the identity, training and leadership of Spanish-speaking Muslims inside and outside Spain.

The ceremony included moments of special emotion, among them the presentation of diplomas to the graduates, who successfully completed their studies thanks to their effort, perseverance and dedication. Their testimonies reflected the personal and spiritual transformation they have undergone throughout their studies. and their commitment to apply what they have learned for the benefit of society..

In a European context in which education and interreligious understanding are more necessary than ever, the University reaffirmed its mission to train generations capable of transmitting the values of Islam with clarity, ethics and responsibility. The fundamental role of the families and the teaching staff, whose accompaniment has been key to the achievement of this stage, was also highlighted.

The meeting concluded with a message of hope and unity.

"Today we celebrate not only the culmination of an academic cycle, but the beginning of a new stage in which our graduates will be bearers of knowledge, good and justice wherever they are," said the Rector.
